Refund policy

Returns must be unopened and in the same condition, including the original tags and packaging, as at the time of purchase. We do not accept items that have been used, worn, or washed. Please report your return request to CHERRYSTONE within 30 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. Once your return is received and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
