Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for making a purchase with us. We are sorry to hear that your purchase did not work out. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund, minus any applicable fees and original shipping charges.

Please note the following policy:

• Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days from the date you received your order. We cannot accept returns made more than 30 days after the original order date.
• Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, in the same condition as at the time of purchase.
• When returning products, please include a brief note with your name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returned items. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for boxed items.
• ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. (This excludes items discounted using a discount code at checkout.)
• ALL FACE MASKS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.
• ALL PRODUCTS CONTAINING SILK ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged due to the delicate nature of the material.

Once we receive your return or exchange and confirm that the items are in acceptable condition, we will process your request within 10 business days. We will notify you by email once your return or exchange has been processed. Refunds, minus any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping charges, will be issued to the original payment method. Typically, you can expect the refund to appear in your account within 3–5 business days after we process it.

Please note that we are unable to issue a refund or exchange without physical receipt of the returned item(s) or proof of received return delivery. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service when returning products.
